Postpartum can feel like pure survival mode, especially with baby number two, but this time I’m making my mental and physical health a priority. I’m calling it my postpartum glow-up because it’s all about small, daily habits that make me feel my best.
Daily Movement
I set a personal goal to get on the treadmill for a 20-minute incline walk every single day. It’s not about intense workouts, it’s about moving my body, boosting my mood, and giving myself a little “me time.”
Simple Beauty & Skincare
Some days I do my makeup, some days it’s just skincare, but I always make time for one or the other. I’ve also started dry brushing daily to help with circulation and smooth the cellulite I noticed during my second pregnancy.
Wellness Boosts
I’m keeping things simple but consistent:
- Collagen for skin, hair, nails, and digestion
- Green smoothies every day for an easy nutrient boost
- Dry hair serum for postpartum hair health
These habits may seem small, but they make a big difference in how I feel. This isn’t about “bouncing back.” It’s about feeling strong, healthy, and like myself again, so I can show up for my family in the best way possible.
